Returns & Warranty
Ergotech Solutions has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition as it was received and in its original packaging, with all components intact. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To request a return please contact us.
If the return is accepted you will be sent a shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you have return questions please contact us
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your package upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions & Non Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Refunds
Once a return has been received and inspected, you will be notified as to whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will automatically be applied to the original payment source. Please remember it can take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Warranty
The Leen body is warranted for three years against product defects. The cushion is warranted for one year assuming normal usage/wear and tear. For warranty details please contact us.
